Online Tutorials and Webinars

Time is money, and we are well aware of that at Propertyshelf.  So, to help you allocate your time efficiently, we are posting our tutorials online, and offering periodic online webinars.  The concept is that you can educate yourself about this system at your own convenience.  Also, this eliminates the need to waste time driving to a designated location.  Costa Rica's weather can be quite harsh during the rainy season, accidents block the road, and directions can be tricky, so Propertyshelf eliminates these inconveniences by making your computer the classroom!

In addition, to the aforementioned benefit, another bonus is that you can learn and find answers to your questions 24hours a day.

Sometimes there is no substitute for talking with a live person.  Periodic webinars provide access to live help via Audio Conferneces and Screen sharing. These tools also will allow our webmasters to “step” into your office and help you with any issues you may have with the system.
