Pricing - Single Fee for Entire Office

The Propertyshelf mission is to increase your revenues, not to break your bank.  The economic crisis has created a financial blow to everyone.  We at Propertyshelf understand this issue and have created a conscientious price structure accordingly.  Our dues are charged to the office as a whole, creating a much greater flexibility for advertising expenditures.

With the basic system charge of $599.00 USD, for unlimited MLS access, our prices are FAR less than that of the competition. For example, in an office of 1 broker and 5 agents, that works out to $100 per person for the ENTIRE YEAR!!!  We encourage brokerages who become members to simply incorporate the fee into their normal office/desk fees.  As an office, this could help you attract professional, goal oriented agents but not lose them because of outrageous MLS fees.
