Sharing Technology

Unfortunately, disputes do occur, so Propertyshelf has a mediation panel to help with avoiding litigation and speed up the dispute resolution.  The panel is comprised of 2 Propertyshelf staff members, and 3 broker members elected by other members of Propertyshelf.  The members are elected annually, at the start of the year.  This allows the members to have control over the decisions.
