CCCBR member agent properties will be found on the REALTOR.com® website!
CCCBR is proud to have received a honorary trophy from the National Association of Realtors last week in Anaheim California at the annual NAR convention.
CCCBR, as the official National Association of Realtors and MLS of Costa Rica, was gifted with this trophy for being one of the very first international Board of Realtors to sign this listing sharing agreement with NAR. CCCBR member agent properties will be included in the REALTOR.com® website. Besides making CCCBR member agent listings easily available to the North American buyers market it also illustrates the chamber’s leadership in forming strategic alliances in order to broaden the reach and awareness of the official Costa Rica MLS and its member agents, globally. This benefits not only CCCBR member agents but the entire Real Estate industry of Costa Rica.
The President of CCCBR, Aleyda Bonilla, has met with delegates from around the world and formed alliances with important contacts across many industries and will make their contact information available for all of the member Realtors of the Camara.
