Developer MLS Sign Up Form

Complete the following form to Register for the Propertyshelf Developer MLS 30-day free trial. Trial period will begin once you have received the login information to begin entering your community page. Note: You will be required to provide your payment information at the time of your interview.

Schedule Interview Time

INVU Approved Plan Certificate Upload

Please upload documentation of your INVU approval. (electrical plans, electricty engineering, water engineering) If you have not yet received INVU approval, documentation will be provided to buyers on your property listings under the Risk Disclosure field

SETENA Approval Upload

Please upload documentation showing you have received SETENA Approval for your development. If you have not yet received SETENA approval, documentation will be provided to buyers on your property listings under the Risk Disclosure field.

Municipal Approval Certificate Upload

Upload your certificate documenting Municipal Approval for your development. If you have not yet received Municipal Approval, documentation will be provided to buyers on your property listings under the Risk Disclosure field.

Engineering/Architectural Approval Upload

Please upload documentation that you have received engineering/architectural approval for your development. If you have not yet received engineering/architectural approval, documentation will be provided to buyers on your property listings under the Risk Disclosure field.

Water Letter Upload

If you intend to support the water needs of your community with a well or series of wells, please provide a statement from an accredited third party stating such. If an existing water provider exists, please provide a letter stating that they can support the water needs of your community. If you have not yet received a water letter stating as much, documentation will be provided to buyers on your property listings under the Risk Disclosure field.
