Seeking Experienced Sales and Administrative Assistant in Quito (JOB CODE: SA1901)


Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual, self-motivated and independent, results-driven Sales and Administration Assistant with strong people skills. You will be managing existing clients and acquiring new clients who will consist of brokers, real estate agencies, and construction projects. Propertyshelf, Inc. develops software solutions in order to better service Real Estate Professionals across the Americas (with a strong focus on Latin America) with online services that focus on digital marketing.

 You will acquire, manage and administer clients and real estate marketing projects.  This will include different forms of marketing and sales approaches by providing presentations of our services to clients through both in-person and virtual meetings. You will be supporting the development, sales, and goals of the company while creating innovative ways to achieve our long and short-term goals.  You will be working directly with both of our Costa Rica and Ecuador operations. This includes creating marketing and support materials that will require translation, since everything we do is in both English and Spanish. We constantly improve upon our internal websites and processes, and you will play an important role in supporting and optimizing key segments of our business.  This is a full-time job.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Business
  • Preferably a Business or Sales 4-year Undergrad University/College Degree
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and oral.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Communication skills to be able to manage clients from start to finish (proposals, presentations, client follow up, customer satisfaction)

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform (e.g. Hubspot) preferred
