Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who will work remotely. We offer you the opportunity to apply your experience, knowledge and skills while working from your home.

This job will require you to do a variety of administrative tasks and contribute to our online marketing projects. You will use online tools and platforms as part of your daily work to help organize and manage tasks. You will also work on many projects that require you to creatively think about our strategies for online and digital marketing. Most importantly, you will need to be very detail oriented with all of your tasks. This is a full-time job.

Key responsibilities:

• Adapt client information (photos, text, images, etc.) regarding properties for real estate marketing
• Manage the daily entry of information within our own real estate platform.
• Facilitate the entry of client information in the CRM system.
• Create marketing presentations in PowerPoint
• Manipulate data tables in Excel.
• Write content within the company's web pages.
• Help with different tasks of email marketing campaigns.
• Help with content and design for social media campaigns.
• Basic accounting tasks
• Facilitate customer support tasks through email and virtual telephone system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree + college / professional studies (Administrative and technological careers are preferred).

• +2 years of work experience in administrative tasks such as: writing texts, management of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), customer service via telephone and skills in handling different online tools, such as web browsers, online call (Skype), social networks.

• Stable internet connection and a quiet space you can dedicate during working hours

 Desired Qualifications:

• Skills in English Language, conversational level (written preferred)
• Demonstrable skills in management and successful delivery of results in a dynamic and accelerated environment.
• Experience working with multifunctional teams to deliver products and projects in tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail, including effective communications with the client and successful time management
• High interest to keep up-to-date with current events, media trends and any trends in the real estate market industry that affects business.
• General familiarity with technology and online platforms.
• Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform (e.g. Hubspot) preferred.
• Experience with mass email marketing (e.g. Mailchimp) preferred
• Experience with project management software (e.g. JIRA) preferred
