Commission Paying Owner Listings

There is an age old dissension between real estate professionals and by-owner listings.  Propertyshelf believes it is time to end the contention and work together.  Now, as a Propertyshelf member, you can view owner listings.  However, these listings are REQUIRED to pay a commission just like a co-broker offered listing.  So, as an agent, you can better serve you buyer/renter and increase the listing results that meet their criteria.  This eliminates the loss of a client going to popular competitor consumer direct services that owners post listings on, ultimately cutting you out of the deal completely.  Propertyshelf strives to put an end to you losing commissions by combining the concepts of both distribution channels!
