We believe a conventional MLS system is a great tool for the United States, but it is not the ideal solution for the Costa Rica real estate market. The Propertyshelf system combines agent to agent advertising via a traditional MLS setup and interface, but is not an entirely "closed" system, therefore promoting visibility of limited information to the end consumer. Not only will other agents see and cross-promote your listings, but the general public worldwide can better find you online. Plus, our state of the art system is built to appease the “search engine gods” giving incredible, unsurpassed visibility to your listings, and your agency.

Unlike some competitors, we have made showing up on the search engines the top priority. One of the main features is that we have built several information portals consisting of over 1000 web pages strictly about Costa Rica, and are continuing to grow rapidly.
