We believe a conventional MLS system is a great tool for the United States, but it is not the ideal solution for the emerging and Latin American real estate markets. The Propertyshelf system combines agent to agent advertising via a traditional MLS setup and interface, but is not an entirely "closed" system, therefore promoting visibility of limited information to the end consumer.
